	B.C.'s first-ever North American championship cat, Zlata, gets some attention from breeder Carmela (sic) Obad. Judges across Canada and the U.S. placed Zlata, from Alergrove's Ali Baba Harem Cattery first in 23 of 30 shows, putting the persian longhair far ahead in American Cat Fanciers Association standings.
